This pay-what-you-can, single-session workshop is our introductory course for those who are just starting to build their inclusive communication skills, or want to get a taste of what VISIONS is all about.

PACE I introduces core tools for recognizing biases, understanding barriers to equity, and determining paths to change. Participants will build skills to address challenges, communicate across difference, and promote inclusion.

Across four 3-hour sessions, this workshop builds on our Guidelines for Effective Cross-Cultural Dialogue and introduces the full breadth of our foundational inclusivity tools.

Advanced training designed for those who have built a strong understanding of our foundational tools. Ongoing Skill Building offers continued learning, peer feedback, and support to expand expertise and tackle complex challenges.
