Lawrence Alexander is an educational consultant with more than 20 years of experience in DEIB, college admissions, and executive search. Alexander has worked in both public and independent schools as well as higher education. Alexander has led training on implicit bias, inclusive hiring, and strategic planning for more than 70 colleges and universities, 40 K-12 schools, and a host of non-profit organizations as well as corporate partners. Most recently, Alexander has worked with the Headquarters of the National Football League. He is a first-generation college graduate from Jersey City, NJ and now resides in South Dartmouth, MA. He has six children and is an avid Cross-fitter.
