"Miriam Abrams brings more than twenty-five years of senior-level experience and consulting. She has had her own consulting practice since 1993, specializing in equity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, meeting and retreat facilitation, team coaching, and board governance. She has collaborated in developing strategic planning processes where equity and inclusion are the lenses through which all organizational decisions are made. She is a former planning consultant with the University of California, National Endowment for the Arts and the American Symphony Orchestra League (now League of Symphony Orchestras).
