Doug Weinstock

Mr. Doug Weinstock has been a VISIONS consultant since 2001, following many years of experience in public schools as a teacher, staff developer, and principal. His particular interest is in exploring the impact that our identities in historically “included” and “excluded” groups have upon interpersonal interactions and organizational dynamics. He also works as an “instructor” with Initiatives for Developing Equity and Achievement for all Students (IDEAS), which provides courses and workshops on anti-racist school practices for Massachusetts schools and districts working to narrow the academic achievement/opportunity gap. He earned his Masters Degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
