Dr. Kondrath has been a VISIONS consultant for 20 years and has worked with faith communities and educational institutions for over 35 years, primarily in the US and Canada. He is a past President of the Academy of Religious Leadership, and a former Co-Editor of the Journal of Religious Leadership. Skilled in institutional analysis and change, as well as executive coaching, he has written extensively on leadership, creativity, and change; understanding and celebrating differences; and the role of feelings in leadership and community building.
