Rasheda Carroll

Rasheda Carroll is a skilled facilitator, having designed and led workshops and trainings for both youth and adult learners for nearly 20 years. She supports personal and organizational growth through reflective processes and skill building. She has worked with individuals, schools, community-based non-profits, and private institutions to help create and sustain inclusive organizations and communities. Her research and practice has focused on equity and inclusion in K12 education, multiracial identity, conflict resolution, team building, and organizational change and development. She holds a master’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University. She  is the Director of Equity and Inclusion at Wildwood School and the director of the Multicultural Leadership Institute.
