Mr. Johnson has over 40 years of experience in business management from a multicultural perspective with institutions of higher education, banking and finance, healthcare and consumer product organizations, including over 20 years in operations and human resources with Procter and Gamble. He is skilled in intergroup dialogue facilitation, conflict resolution, change management and organizational effectiveness. He has facilitated Diversity & Inclusion Councils; as well as designed and delivered workshops for administrators, supervisors and staff. He earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Waynesburg University.
