Wendy Brown Helmkamp

Wendy has over 20 years of experience advising leaders on clarifying strategy, organization development and design, adapting culture and navigating change. Her practice of improving organizational health includes creating inclusive environments where people can be their true selves and embrace each other’s differences.  Her approach addresses the personal, interpersonal, organizational and cultural elements of transformation.  Her draw to “human-centered” consulting stems from her upbringing. Her family’s values of fairness and respect for all were passed down from one generation to the next. In addition to her professional work, she volunteers with organizations committed to social justice. She holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA in Organization Analysis & Change from Indiana University. She enjoys life through the laughter and love she shares with her husband and two sons; she finds inspiration hiking with her dogs, biking on back roads, and practicing yoga.
