Ms. Cipolla-Stickles has long been involved in struggles for equity and justice for transracial adoptees, children and families impacted by the foster care system, teenage parents, and people who are financially unstable. With over 12 years of experience in multicultural leadership and facilitation. She has lead training in schools, social service agencies, health care organizations and foundations. She holds a Master’s degree in International and Multicultural Education with a concentration in Human Rights from the University of San Francisco.
