Mr. MacLeod has thirty years of experience as a facilitator of learning and change in a wide range of contexts, from formal educational environments to organizational and corporate interventions. He is especially interested in education for multicultural awareness and change and in issues of whiteness, and has written extensively on these topics. He teaches at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco.
