Terry Berman brings over 30 years of experience as a consultant in the field of racial justice, diversity equity and inclusion training and consultation within the public and private sector. She has expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion organizational assessment and development, leadership development and coaching, internal capacity building, mediation/conflict resolution, and training for trainers. She is particularly interested in exploring the meaning of whiteness and white supremacy and challenging its impact on systems and on white people in this country. A native of South Africa, she has lived in England before settling in the San Francisco Bay Area.
