Dr. Ariel has been a VISIONS consultant for 19 years and is a Licensed Psychotherapist who teaches, consults and has a private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Particularly interested in bringing the effects of systemic oppression into her psychological work. she has been engaged for many years in researching and implementing innovative educational policies for non-dominant groups in different cultures. She teaches multiculturalism in several graduate programs and consults in this area in a variety of contexts.
