Ms. Gallagher has more than 30 years of experience as a multilingual intercultural specialist, global facilitator and executive coach focused on executive leadership, driving cultural change, strategic planning, building multicultural women’s alliances and inclusion/cultural competencies. Her passion is making a positive impact in businesses and communities.She has proven capability in leading culturally diverse teams and operating in global organizations, as well as designing and delivering programs that focus on respect in the workplace, inclusion, equity & diversity, unconscious bias, gender dynamics, sexual harassment, cultural competency, women leaders, leveraging generational differences and team effectiveness. Josy has traveled extensively, living/working in over 20 countries. Josy is fluent in Spanish and French.Josy is Afro-Cuban and a founding member of the Career Women’s Forum in Geneva, Switzerland and a founding member, President Emeritus and Executive board member of Madrinas, a virtual network for Corporate Latinas. She is on the board of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE). Josy received her M.A. in French and Spanish Literature from City University of New York and her B.A. in French and Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College, New York, NY.
