Alicia is a learning and organizational development scholar-practitioner who currently serves as a Lead Human Capital Strategist for the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She is in the process of completing her Ed.D. in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University and holds a MA in Gender/Cultural Studies from Simmons University, and BA in Human Rights and Political Science from Carleton University. As an ICF certified coach, facilitator, and process consultant, Alicia loves working collaboratively with cross-functional and multi-stakeholder groups to solve complex organizational challenges. She is originally from Canada and was residing in Bangladesh and Ethiopia before she came to the United States. During the pandemic, she relocated from D.C. to the South Shore of Boston which she now calls home with her partner Dan, 2-year-old daughter Meridian, and so-to-be newborn Kelby.
