About VISIONS
VISIONS, Inc. is a nonprofit organization specializing in diversity and inclusion training and consulting. VISIONS is a woman- and POC-led nonprofit, founded in 1984 by three Black women and a white Jewish man. VISIONS empowers individuals and organizations to recognize the value in our differences, leveraging them to advance diversity, equity and inclusion at the personal, interpersonal, institutional levels and cultural levels. VISIONS’ time-tested model offers a holistic approach and provides practical tools for creating lasting multicultural change. VISIONS is supported by a diverse team across the U.S. and abroad. Since 1984, VISIONS has trained more than 115,000 people and worked with over 500 organizations.
