The Learning Institute
VISIONS has been offering its innovative train-the-trainer programs since its earliest years. Now we are proud to launch The Learning Institute, a new initiative for those interested in learning VISIONS tools in depth and applying them to their own lives, and in their communities and organizations. The Institute cultivates ever-widening circles of VISIONS
practitioners, amplifying our impact for systemic change.
Year One - Transformational DEIJ+ Leadership Program
Designed for formal and informal DEIJ+ leaders, this cohort-based program will help participants develop dynamic and responsive inclusive practices for their communities and organizations. This track will provide a learning environment that supports DEIJ work, provides tools, assists in navigating challenges participants may face, and breaks the isolation that often accompanies social justice work.
Year Two - Train the Trainer Program
This program will allow organizations to send individuals or small groups to be trained in facilitating VISIONS materials, following the model we use for training VISIONS consultants and train-the-trainer programs in large institutions, making the development of in-house facilitators accessible to smaller organizations and communities.
