VISIONS regards diversity and inclusion training as an ongoing process.
In response to clients’ request for continued learning, support and feedback, VISIONS has Ongoing Skill Building courses for individuals and small groups who have taken the PACE Level I training. Current courses include Ongoing Supervision (offered annually in several locations) and TA (Transactional Analysis) 101 (offered every two years).
In Ongoing Supervision, participants:
- Explore specific personal and organizational challenges around inclusion.
- Practice applying core tools and facilitation skills to these challenges.
- Deepen their learning of worldview theory, group identity, cooperative problem solving, and TA theory.
- Challenge personal unconscious biases within a cooperative peer context.
Timing and Location: Typically, groups meet for one and a half days per quarter. Groups are usually held in the Boston and California (split between Pasadena and Oakland). If an organization would like to have a workshop in their home location, they need to guarantee at least 8 participant slots.
Fee: The fee for one year (4 sessions/6 total days) is $2,000 for new participants; and $1,575 for returning participants. Space is limited and we strongly urge early enrollment. Submission of a $1,000 deposit for new participants and $790 deposit for returning participants reserves a space and is due upon registration, or no later than one month before the group begins. The remaining balance is due by the first meeting. Full payment is required prior to attendance. If the series is cancelled by VISIONS, the participant will receive a full refund. If the participant withdraws, tuition may be applied to the following year.
Limited scholarships and group discounts are available by contacting VISIONS.
TA 101 focuses on the principles of Transactional Analysis and its application to VISIONS theory.
TA 101 is not currently being offered. We will update this page once the next TA 101 training date is set.
