Peer Supervision is ideally suited for individuals and small groups of people working in multicultural environments, experiencing race-related challenges, or wanting to get "re-energized" in their commitment to changing racism, sexism, heterosexism, classism, and other "isms". Participants include: staff and managers from both the public and private sectors; administrators, faculty and staff from educational, religious, and cultural institutions; consultants, clinicians and community activists; and everyday folk committed to social change.
Previous participation in VISIONS' training, either "PACE Level I: A Personal Approach Change and Equity", and/or participation in an ongoing consultation/training with VISIONS at your workplace or community group. Please reach out to us if you are unsure about participating in this program.
The cost is $2,000 for all participants. A 50% payment of $1000 is required for initial registration. The cost includes all 4 sessions and covers all materials. If necessary, please contact Hemani Hughes at 617-541-4100 to discuss payment plans and options.
