Ongoing Supervision is ideally suited for individuals and small groups of people working in multicultural environments, experiencing race-related challenges, or wanting to get "re-energized" in their commitment to changing racism, sexism, heterosexism, classism, and other "isms". Participants include: staff and managers from both the public and private sectors; administrators, faculty and staff from educational, religious, and cultural institutions; consultants, clinicians and community activists; and everyday folk committed to social change.
